Vacuum Spray Dryer YC-510

The vacuum spray dryer YC-510 is a product of 20 years of technological innovation in the field of experimental spray dryer. It is suitable for spray drying of heat-sensitive materials 〔or spray drying of organic solvent materials by inert loop system (optional)〕

The lab spray dryer is small in size, low in noise, easy to install, durable and stable, and low in cost. YC-510 vacuum spray dryer is an enhanced product of YC-500 benchtop spray dryer.

YC-510 vacuum spray dryer is designed to ensure that allfunctions are simple to select and adjust, to quickly achievethe optmum conditions for spray drying. The operator can control the following functions:

1. Inlet Temperature
2. Airflow Volume
3. Pump Speed
4. De-blocker Frequency
5. Air Compressor Flow

The stainless steel spray assembly consists of an inner tube for the iquid sample leading to a small diameter jet. An outer tube directs compressed air as accessories. to the nozzle.

All units are supplied with 1.0mm jets, other sizes are available The spray assembly incorporates an automatic de-blocking device that prevents the jet nozzle from becoming blocked, the de-blocking needle is activated by an integral compressor.

De-bocking is sometimes necessary with materials which may solidify or when large particles in suspension cause blockages in the jet.
